Reheating a full plate of food

Could I reaheat a whole meal on a heatproof plate or should I heat the Items up seperately ??

Moisture

I would guess that just sticking a plateful of food in the HO would dry it out a bit, I've yet to do it mself.
However, I think I would put about a half inch of water in the bottom and then place the plate on a rack, so there is some moisture within the HO.
If you have tried it, I would suggest you update your post with the result, good or bad.
I would be interested.
