Roast Pork

Hi Everyone

I am in Australia and have not long got a halogen oven and wish to cook a 2.008 kilo roast pork leg bone in - not sure who long I should do this for or what temperature and how to get the crackling perfect normally my crackling when using a normal oven comes out leathery and I have tried everything this is the last attempt at it now

Any hints or information would be appreciated
