Lemon Curd and Sultana Cupcakes

Hello,
Yesterday I made batch of Sarah Flower's "Lemon Curd and Sultana Cupcakes" - they were deeelicious!
The only adjustment I made was instead of cooking at 200C for 15 minutes, I cooked at 180 for 20 mins (on the lower rack) as there was a risk that tops would be burnt.
So far, I have left the Extender on at all times, but still learning (mostly tips from this site) and enjoying!!

cooking for longer at a lower temp seems to work best for me too. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us Burnie
