Cooking temperature and time

Post  catsrcool on 04.02.13 9:32

I have made a chipolata and onion gravy bake topped with mashed potato and grated cheese. I am using the a Andrew James 12 litre HO and I am looking for suggestions on which rack to put it on the high or low and how long at what temperature. In my fan assisted oven I cook it at 180c for 35 minutes on the centre shelf.

High rack with an extender ring or low rack if you don't have one. One of advantages of using the extender ring is to allow hot air to circulate all around the food.

Temp -180c is ok
How long: until cooked (depends on the quantity)
