Cut into quarters lengthways or smaller pieces. Remove seeds and skin.
Place in a small roasting tin or other dish
Drizzle over some olive oil,
Season to taste with salt and black pepper, then scatter over fresh thyme
Cook on low rack, turning the squash a few times, until tender and turned golden-brown in places.
Or high rack with extender ring on top
Cooking Time: (until cooked) depends on the amount you are cooking
