Newbie from the North East.

Post  chrissy100 on 13.01.13 16:21

Hi.

I am Chrissy from Darlington in the north east. Bought my Halogen oven before Xmas, but haven't really used it much yet. Still unsure what to use in it!!

I will have a look at the recipes. I use quorn instead of meat though (Apart from Chicken) so not to sure if that will make a difference in cooking times.

I am sure I will get the hang of it eventually!

Cheers
Chrissy x

Hi.

Quorn is a meat substitute for vegetarians. High in protein, but virtually fat free. As long as you season it well, it is just like meat. I use Quorn mince for spaghetti Bolonaise. Friends have not noticed that it wasn't meat. It works for me. Smile
