200g SR four, 180g local Honey, 150g butter, 120g soft brown sugar,
1 tablespoon water and 2 beaten eggs.
Melt butter, sugar and honey. Cool, add water, eggs and flour.
Bake in a round tin not to exceed 20cm in a medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.

I have found it hard to bake a cake in a round tin they do not seem to cook in the middle, you could try to use a ring tin, I cook my cakes in a loaf tin it seems to work better.
