Novice HO newbie

Post  enery8 on 27.10.12 21:55

Hi All, tried to post this yesterday but for some reason it didn't get saved??? Oh well.... Anyway we finally did it, we bought an Andrew James 12 litre Halogen Oven. So far we have burned some toast Embarassed cooked a very nice lunch of cheese, spring onions, tomatoes, 1tbsp rice wine and 1tbsp cooking oil toasted with garlic butter. Then tonight we cooked marinaded chicken with tomatoes and roast onion potatoes. Lovely!
Looking forward to lots of advice and tips. Thanks for being there!

Burnt Toast

Post  enery8 on 28.10.12 19:02

We did crumpets today for lunch. Toasted them on the high rack then smothered them in spread and gorgozola. Put them back in the HO and melted the cheese for 2 minutes - lovely! Really pleased we bought this Halogen Oven.
