Apple Pie FLOP

I tried to make an apple pie and it was a complete desastre, the dough o the bottom waas raw eventhough I had it on longer, I covered the top with foil to stop the top from burning, but the bottom never seamed to cook. Also, since it is almost airtight, the moment we cut the pie it was as if it was a soup all with all the liquid that the apples gave. Does anyone know what I did wrong? Has anyone cooked a pie in this type of oven.

Hi Chulapa

sorry about your soupy apple pie.
There are a few tricks I have learned from my own disasters as well as members tips.
