Hi this forum seems terribly complicated, I'm sure I posted a question 5 mins ago but no sign of it anywhere in messages, posts, etc etc so I'll try again. Any advice on grilling, temperatures etc. Looking to grill whole Dover Sole, a book says use 'high' temp whatever 'high' is Sarah Flower, also she calls grilling broiling I mean when you put stuff under a grill in a normal oven, many thanks sorry if this doubles up. I know I have sent it this time cheers
