Instruction manual needed - can anyone help?

Hi Janice,

you will find instruction manuals for other halogen ovens in this section http://halogenovenrecipes.forumotion.com/f10-halogen-oven-manuals-and-instruction-leaflets

All the accessories have similar functions no matter what brand of Halogen oven you have bought.

Hi Janice, just thought i,d say i'm pretty new to the halogen myself but i've found you can use your normal oven recipes, but about 10 degrees less, and knock off a little time depending on the normal recipe time. When cooking meat if you want to start off,low rack set half hour times at 175 c and turn each time.Test the old way by putting a knife into the middle and feeling the knife each time.Just be aware at some time the knife might be hot just as in an oven.Hope you try.Meat in a halogen is succulent.Sausages to die for.Just keep testing often at first, just like any other cooking.
