Hiya, my life has changed drastically lately....I lost my wife (and cook) Chaos exists!! the Main gas cooker broke down & I've just been diagnosed with diabetes

So it's time to go forward & change ---- I happened across this cooker on the INTERNET --- I thought for me - Ideal!


Oh I forgot I'm disabled & only have 1 arm!!

Whaddyu people out there think? is it a good idea -- will i master it???

Results of cooked Brekky, defost of sauseges took a while (15mins) after the cooking skin was quite tough but flavour was good & they were cooked right thru! placed an egg in a bowl (broken) with oil - tasted like a fried egg!! all was OK -- now the washing up! lol!

Sausages are easy to do: I posted a recipe for the German ones i get at Lidle.
Basically use your higher ring, and place them on the baking tray, temp 180 and for 10 mins...then turn and another ten mins..they will be done and moist.

A newbie no more!

Done the brekkkie, now my evening meal... Cauliflower/Broccoli (frozen) wwas defrosted & left underneath the Ribeye steak which I grilled on the high ring after coating with Garlic & Ras al Hanout! 15mins later @ 200c it was superb & tender......... I like the machine, I now fade into the HaloGenii!! silent
