Hi everyone, just got my halo a few days ago, and have to say i'm very impressed, cooked quite a few things in it with great success and right now I have two eggs 'boiling' in it, quite scared that they might explode LOL x

Great...I did Lancashire hot pot yesterday, came out good. I started on 160 Degrees...after 2hours turned it up to 200..got impatient. Was your roast chicken done underneath..or did you place chicken breast down first ?, and at what temp did you cook it.
