Hi Bob,
there are not a lot of recipe books for the halogen oven.

You will find them here HALOGEN OVEN RECIPE BOOKS

We have basic tried and tested recipes in the A to Z section of this forum. Please take a look when you can.

That is Norma Miller.

Please Note:

1. The halogen Oven Secret by Norma Miller

2. Halogen Oven Cookbook by Norma Miller which is included with the Andrew James Halogen Oven Pack

3. The Halogen Oven Cookbook by Norma Miller

These 3 recipe books have the same recipes - Same Books

The norma miller book came, no mention of the height adjuster, and she has recipes for cakes...I have heard now that a lot of her recipes do not work !..I have ordered the Sarah Flowers everyday halogen oven...I had a look in side on Amazon, and it looks promising.

Hello
Just received THE EVERYDAY HOC BY SARAH FLOWERS from AMAZON and a quick flip through ,it seems OK
I really want a recipe book with very basic meals as most books are full off meals I would not want to make. Wink

Try some baked potaoes..easy..just use the high wire rack and the height adjuster..temp 200..and times 40 mins..pierce the spuds before hand with a fork or skewer..rub some oil over...check after 30 mins to see if the inside is done..have with some butter on top..or cheese..even better just buy a prepared filler..cheese and egg Eg just like I did to day..did 2 nice big spuds, but they took 1.5 hours...not that the time bothers me..they were delicious.
