Tried burgers/sausages/eggs/hash browns and it works very well.

Tonight i will be cooking tandoori checkin legs which have been marinating since yesterday morning.

I will make a video of it and post it on Youtube possible so people can see how Halogen oven does with tandoori chicken.

Hope to chare quite alot of recipes with you all since i love cooking and experimenting with food.

WElcome, and you can give us the recipe for the tan chicken..please..I occasionally accomplish this in my main oven using natural yugurt and the tandoori powder.

Can I add something to the tandoori thread. For best results, skin the chicken. Now here is the secret. Soak the chicken in a liberal amount of lemon juice for 20 mins. After this, sprinkle the chicken with a liberal amount of salt and leave for twenty minutes. Both these actions start a chemical reaction. Afterwards, put the chicken in your mixture of tandoori spice and plain yoghurt. Another tip - Add a little water to the yoghurt mix. It stops the yoghurt from sticking to the meat. Marinade for anything from 8 hours to a couple of days before cooking. You will be amazed at the result you get. Keith
