1 Anyone familiar with Lowry HO? on 24/4/2012, 20:23

Hi everyone! I have just been given a Lowry HO, a few years old but never been used. The model number is G2SH02001 but I can't find any info about the model anywhere. There is a small User Manual with it but very limited and contradictory. Does anyone know how I can get the best out of this model? the results of my efforts last night suggested that if I let it warm up for quite a while it worked better, but then when I take the lid off to put the food in it seems to cool down very quickly. I am new but keen to get the most out of it! Very Happy

Sorry, I've not heard of this model but they all work the same way. Most of the manuals are on a par which is why this forum exists.

Have a good read of previous posts and recipes when you have the time and you'll soon be cooking with confidence. Smile
