Hi Teapot,
here's the link to a rice pudding instruction. Recipe details / ingredients not included. You have to use your own or search online for one.

Halogen Rice Pudding

Post  BillG1 on 12.10.15 21:49

Small pyrex casserole dish that has lid.

1 pint of milk, the higher percentage cream the tastier but it does not seem to matter much.
2 oz (50 g) pudding rice
1-2 oz sugar, vanilla flavouring ( I use home made vanilla sugar. Vanilla pod and sugar in dry liquidiser. Run, sieve sugar to separate vanilla, return vanilla to more sugar repeat until vanilla will not sieve. I digress).
Let sit for 30 mins
Grate nutmeg onto top.
Place in halogen cooker with lid on top to stop fan disturbing milk but slightly open to allow steam to escape.
Cook at 110c for about 1 hour.
Test may need another 10 mins or not.
Does not need stirring at any stage.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes and tastes so good no leftovers.
