Cooking Vegeteables

What is the best way to cook boiled vegeteables as one place says in boiled water another says wrapped in foil with a few drops of water I tried the 2nd method carrots cooked well but potatos and brussels seem to take forever and so hard all the time.

Hi Sharon

you can't boil vegetables in the halogen oven.

You can steam, roast, bake them.

You start with the potatoes and sprouts and add the other vegetables later. No need to wrap the potatoes in foil, they will take forever to cook.
