Hello from Norfolk

Post  oldtimer265 on 21.03.12 15:18

Hello All

Having just convinced my wife a halogen oven is the way forward I've now got to prove its worth, I'm planning on cooking a roast chicken, can I cook veg at same time?
I found this site after googling around and it seems the right place to get help with my Halogen Oven.
Haven't had time to find my way around the site yet, but I'm sure it will be a great help

Looking forward to trying many recipes

Use the search box for 'chicken' and you'll find all the previous posts and recipes. Here's a link to my own chicken recipe that never fails me -

You can cook veg at the same time - when you search the chicken posts you'll come across some for roast chicken dinners that will help.

Good Luck

Thanks for the recipe Junie, I tried that tonight and it came out perfect, I only cooked the chicken on its own this time, but when I cook chicken again I am going to be more adventurous and try roast potatoes and veg as well.

Hiya Reeta, I've been finding my around forum and looks like there's loads of information and very friendly, I may even finish up competent in using my halogen oven
