1 No instructions with my oven on 29/2/2012, 09:21

Hi

I've just bought a Prolectrix HO, but there are no even basic instructions with it. I have e-mailed Prolectrix and asked for some basic instructions. When cooking in the oven, are you meant to put what you are cooking into a dish or straight onto the HO dish. Thanks for any info.

You put the food on a dish/tray, then on a rack (either the low or high rack)
