Newbie from West Sussex

Post  jan63 on 28.02.12 21:27

Hi all, I've had my HO for two weeks now and must say I'm so delighted with it, I sold my conventional oven! So now I have my HO, a microwave, a grilling machine and deep fat fryer, but I also think I can ditch the grilling machine as the HO works so much better! My husband loves lamb hearts and they turned out so well, very succulent and tasty. I was wondering if you can use silicon baking trays in the HO as I have a few and find them easier for removing cakes, etc. I usually just cook for two but occasionally three or four and find the HO perfect. I have the 12litre one which came with all the accessories, so much cheaper than a conventional oven and easily stored, can't beat it Laughing

Hello and Welcome Jan

Yes you can use silicon baking trays (or anything else that was safe in your 'big' oven) Smile
