Here is a link to one of the great roast potato recipes in the recipe A-Z

If you type pork chops into the search box you can easily find the previous posts and recipes.

Try getting some foil put a mixture of rosemary, sage, thyme, bay leaves, basil, garlic, chilli, ginger on top of the foil then the chops on top of that. Cook on the low rack for about 15/20 mins each side. You will have to scrape off the herbs back onto the foil when you first turn over the chops but its no great hassle. Tastes absolutely superb.

PS When cooked wrap the chops for a few minutes in foil while you scrape everything off the cooking foil into a saucepan add couple of eggcup fulls of wine and a bit of water, heat through and pour through a sieve then mix with some pre prepared gravy. Not as complicated as it sounds and tastes superb with the chops. This would work for lamb chops as well or steaks I would think and even fish but maybe miss out the garlic and chilli.
