Hello, I have a recipe for you to cook rabbit in the FW.
Only, it is a dutch recipe and I hope I translated well:

1 rabbit into pieces of about a kilo
1 package of lean smoked bacon
1 bottle dark beer
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 slice white bread smeared thick with spicy mustard
some flour
pepper and a pinch of salt
1 large onion chopped

Sprinkle rabbit with salt and pepper and roll in flour
Place directly on the bottom of FW the onion and bacon
Lay the rabbit on it, pour beer over it and bake at 180 deg.C about 15min. Than turn the rabbit
Mix the cornstarch with a little water and mix in the FW.
Lay the white bread with mustard in the beer just stir everything and let bake another 15 min.
Just stir another time. If the sauce is too thick just put some water to itand stir again.
My rabbit was ready the sauce pretty thick and very tasty

* Check with a toothpick on doneness not every rabbit is equally If necessary bake it a few minutes longer
I hope you find it useful
