Is my oven faulty?

Post  BusyMum on 24.02.12 18:15

I have just bought a Team oven, but was very disappointed at my first attempt to use it. To cook a 1.5kg chicken at 200C took over 2 hrs! When I checked the temp inside the oven with an oven thermometer it was only 130C. Should it be this low, or do you think I have a faulty oven? The light cycled on and off regularly, but didn't seem to stay on for long each time.
I'm trying to decide whether to take it back and change it, or get my money back and give up on halogens.

Hi BusyMum,

it sounds like you have a faulty HO. You need to return this one.

(give up on halogens ?) well this will have to be your decision Exclamation

For me this has become an essential appliance in my kitchen.
