Did not preheat. Ham seasoned with cinnamon, honey and a little salt
Ham placed in water on lower rack.
200 degrees for 15 minutes. Turned over.
160 degrees for 30 minutes (tested ham half way, it needs full time).
Shrinkage after cooking - 8ozs.
A lovely flavour, crusty outside but moist inside.
