Hiya allycat, Hello and Welcome

I cook most things at 200°c in my HO, when i use my normal electric oven I normally always cook at about 180°c.
I don't know if there is a convertion chart around but I'm sure one of the admins will know Wink

Welcome allycat

There are variations in the way some Ho's perform. As a general rule, I cook around 20C below the fan oven instructions and for a shorter time. (If something should take 20 mins it's usually ready in 15mins in the HO - the larger the item, the more time you save). It is also better to cook for longer at a lower temperature to allow food to cook right through.

This is only a starting place that works for me - you'll soon get to know your own HO. Read some of the posts and recipes on here and you should be able to minimise the 'error' in trial and error. Good Luck
