Hello everyone!
I got my halogen oven today (Visicook Crisp & Bake, CRF 3 model) & in about an hour will be cooking lamb chops in it. Is it OK to put them straight in glass bowl? and how long should I cook them for. I have been cooking them in Actifry which takes about 20 mins. Would the HO be the same? - They are only thin ones!
Am also looking for a basic recipe book that will tell me how to cook Roast Beef, Lamb, Poultry, as well as other things such as sausages. I don't want a recipe that tells me to add all manner of strange things - we are a very traditional family when it comes to cooking and eating! And where can I purchase a High Rack and baking trays from?
Many thanks for reading this.

welcome absolute bean counters

You'll find answers to all your questions by using the search box or looking through the recipes and topics already posted on here. Just type 'roast beef' in the box, for example and you can easily see all previous posts.

I'm not sure about racks for your oven as you have the central paddle that all the others don't, but, there are links to accessories from the home page of the forum.
