reliability

Post  matriarch01 on 26.01.12 10:37

Hi y'all, my first post!!!!
Need some advice from you experienced guys, am looking to buy a halogen oven but there seems to be a big problem with reliability, like many of the reviews say that they are wonderful but only last for a year or so before the lid breaks or the heating element goes.
Any advice as to which would be the best unit to buy?

Welcome matriarch01

Have a look at the reviews of different models on Amazon to see what others say about them.
If reliability is an issue for you buy one that comes with a three year guarantee. Aldi had one at £29.99 with all accessories and the guarantee last week but I don't know if they'd have any left. HOs in Argos can also be covered by their own three year warranty for around £10.
