Bit of a Dilemma

Post  Evenstar on 21.01.12 20:08

Hi All, Sorry its been so long since I last posted but i'm happy to see so many new members. Laughing

Good news is that its my birthday on Wednesday and I have a sneaking suspicion Hubby is thinking of buying me another HO. The current one lives on my boat, so another will mean I have more time to practice at home. 7up feedme

Back to the post title Rolling Eyes

I have 5 onboard next weekend with only about an hour to cook up a meal for us all. Problem is 4 like Beef (1 Doesn't), 4 like root veg (1 doesn't), 1 doesn't like green veg at all and one only likes mushy peas.

Any ideas for a good all round dish, or shall I just buy them dinner at the pub. party time lol!

Must it be beef? Why not cook a meat that all 5 will eat?

(1 doesn't like root vegs)what about peas, broccoli, cabbage ?

(1 doesn't like green veg) give him/her carrots

(1 only likes mushy peas) buy a tin of mushy peas - use the microvawe to heat it

It sounds like you are cooking for a bunch of kids lol!

Why not just buy them dinner at the pub. Less stressful and you can relax and enjoy yourself too.

party time
