Newbie to HO

Post  Iguenther on 21.01.12 14:45

Hello Fellow HO Cooks,

joined this forum today. Until a few month ago I didn't even know what a HO is Crying or Very sad
I came across it the very first time when reading a blog from a lady who had relocated from the UK to China leaving her HO behind assuming since it was made in China that she can get it there anyway. It turned out it is not available in China and she used her next trip back to the UK to bring her very own back to China. That impressed me quit a bit that it was something so highly valuated and badly missed.
So I started looking for it here in Singapore but didn't really find one. Until recently when I got an advertisement about one and I decided to go for it.
Just today I tried it for the first time but it did not work out Evil or Very Mad

Looks like I did not do my homework. This gadget is more sophisticated compared to a slow cooker or crock pot where it is impossible to do anything wrong Wink

With the help of recipe books and this forum I will eventually get there.
