Hi learner

You don't say what your fish was. I cook fresh NOT frozen salmon fillets in foil for 17 minutes on the top rack at 180C with the extender on. Your fish just needed longer from frozen.

Breaded frozen fish

Post  shaun01 on 22.01.12 11:06

Hello

Ref: Breaded frozen fish

I can only say; I love fish and cook a lot and for me it's extension ring in place, high rack, temp 180 18mins. No foil just place the fish on the rack.

Wonderful.
