Welcome linda001

There are loads of recipes and cooking tips posted here already. Have a good read when you have the time. Many of them are healthy ones. I don't know the slimming world guidelines, I'm a Weight-Watcher member.

Use the search box for looking up all posts on 'chicken' for example.
There are also recipe books and manuals provided in the following section

http://halogenovenrecipes.forumotion.com/f3-your-favourite-recipes-free-recipe-books

Hope this helps Good Luck

Thanks for that, I tried boneless chicken thighs and chips yesterday but found the chips were not cooking because they were underneath the chicken and also the fat from the chicken ended up in the pan with the chips, i suppose it will be trial and error for the first couple of weeks x

Hi Linda

Try cooking the chips on the top till nearly done, then lower them to the bottom. Cook the chicken on a tray on the top to stop the fat dripping through. Put some cooking mesh on top of the baking tray if you want the juices to drain onto the tray.
