I used to be a competitive KCBS BBQer and my friends and I are curious about all manner of cooking styles and techniques. Sous Vide is one of the latest methods we are experimenting with.

I don't think you will find cooking in the Halogen Oven a problem. It appears that you have a passion for cooking and trying out new appliances.
