help on yorkshire puddings

hi when im doing yorkshire puddings im getting to the end stage then when its time to take out the puddings they deflate and dont stay risen as when you do yhem in the cooker oven they stay risen . is there anything im going wrong can anyone please give help or advise. Very Happy

hi

no they done the cooker oven way where u do equal quantities of plain flour,eggs.salt.pepper,milk and put in tins to cook.

i thought it was same way for all ovens.

Hi Mand11,
here's a recipe for YP in halogen oven.YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS

Cook on bottom rack
or, if you have an extender ring, use the top rack.
