T-bone rib roast.

Hi,
I have a rib roast,(T-bone end) 5lbs in weight.
I don't really know where to start..
Oven temp.. timing.. etc.
It was an expensive cut so I would LOVE not to ruin it. However, I'm desperate to try it in my new acquisition!

I chickened out finally and am doing it in the conventional oven..
I'm doing the spuds and brussel sprout gratin in the HO though.
I'll keep the link for the next time!
