Cooking frozen vegetables

Post  mo on 30.11.11 21:42

OK, so I should know all the tricks after two years - but I still can't get the hang of cooking frozen vegetables on the bottom rung, while cooking chicken or similar on the top. Tried the foil & water method, didn't work. I know it's not meant for boiling things but is just another form of oven, but I have seen on this forum before that people cook their veg in the Halogen - has anyone tried frozen veg?

I have used mine for frozen veg, using foil and water, and they turned out fine. Not sure why tho, I just left them on the bottom for the whole cooking time whilst doing chicken breast and oven chips. I think alot of it is trial and error to suit your own tastes
