Welcome Derrick

Have a good read around the previous posts when you get time - there's a lot of help on here.
Most people start with simple things like toast or baked potatoes.
If you treat your HO like a small and efficient fan oven you won't go far wrong.
Use the fan oven instructions and shorten the time a little on items with a quick cooking time. Lower the temperature by 10-20C on items that take longer.
Use the search function to quickly find all previous posts on a topic. If you can't find what you need please ask and someone will try to help you.
