All Day Breakfast with Andrew James

Post  Mildred on 23.10.11 5:59

Cook sausages on the high stand at 180 degrees (turning once) and stop when 90% done and pop them on to the low stand in the bottom of the oven. Grill your bacon on the high stand at 200 degrees, the sausages will be happy sitting underneath. You can cover the sausages with foil if you don't want bacon bits on your sausages. When done pop the bacon on top of the sausages. Put the grill/frying pan in the Andrew with a splash of olive oil for 1 minute. Now throw in your eggs, wait until you can see that the eggs are done and, hey presto, the best breakfast ever without a frying pan to wash, no hob to clean and no arguments with the other half about the mess that he's left! Enjoy...

All Day Breakfast with Andrew James

Post  teileann on 16.02.12 14:10

Thanks very much for the info. Looking forward to trying it. But I need the very basic instructions.
Could you tell us how long sausages should cook for, and also how long the bacon (or rashers as we say in Ireland) take to cook.
Thanks a million again.
