pro points help

Hi I have W/W pure point recipe for Easy chicken casserole as follows====

1 tablespoon veg oil, 2 leeks, 2 celery sticks, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 med parsnip 450g chicken chunks,600 ml chicken stock ( I use OXO cubes) 1 tablespoon cornflour.
it gives 3 points per serving and 11.1/2 total points per recipe.

could you please help with converting it to pro points. this recipe came from
The W/W book called The Pure Points Cookbook by Sue Ashworth

Hi Val

I'm presuming you are using skinless chicken breast and 2 oxo cubes - This is 19 propoints for the recipe making it 5 propoints per person. Very Happy

Hello June,
More help please if posible with another couple of W/W pro-points recipe from The Pure Points book
Salmon & Horseradish Fish Cakes
for 4
1lb potatoes..can of pink salmon..1 egg..1 tbs horseradish sauce..zest of lemon..1 tbs sunflower oil
for 4
Haddock stuffed with Mushrooms
1 tsp sunflower oil..8oz open cap mushrooms..1 clove garlic..1 tbs soy sauce..12oxs haddock..thin sliced ham..pancetta/parma
for 4
steamed cod parcels
4 x150g cog steaks..piece root ginger..clove..2 tbs light soy sauce..6oz carrots..2 clery stalks..6oz courgettes..1 red pepper 100g beansprouts.

sorry about these but my hubby loves fish Smile and I would love to be able to cook some fish recipes that we both can enjoy.
love the oven as made a great differance.

Sorry for the delay in replying - I was on holiday with no internet access Embarassed

The fishcake recipe is 6 propoints per person assuming a 214g tin of salmon.
The haddock recipe is 3 propoints per person assuming 1 thin slice of ham per person.
The cod one is also only 3 propoints per person.
Just to help you 50g of raw potato is 1 propoint and 10g of uncooked rice is 1 propoint.
Enjoy your fish
(I lost 1lb weighing in yesterday after my hols - my halo is gleaming lol! )

Thanks so much for the fish ProPoints,
have lost another few pounds now Very Happy
great feeling, just keep picking up bags of sugar to relise what extre weight I was carrying around.
Wow, to lose on your hols, cool The hardest thing I find is walking passed the Hotdog stand the smell of the onions Rolling Eyes lol!
