You will find chicken recipes in the A to Z of recipes.

Or just type "chicken" in the search box.

Search box is located at the top left side of the forum.

Thanks - I've tried the search, got lots of recipes for chicken but the only thread that came up in thighs was this one.
Any advice about time to cook 4 ?

Thanks

Hi hattie the cattie, welcome to the forum. welcome

I have the Hamlyn all colour cookbook, 200 Halogen Oven Recipes. I got it from Amazon, price £3.99, but there is a link on the forum where it is priced at £2.99. I find it a great little book and well worth the money.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Click on Halogen Cookbooks on the left and scroll through.

There is a recipe in there for diced, skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cooked in stock, carrots, onions etc. Prepared in a casserole dish and cooked on the low rack at 200C for 25 mins.
There is another recipe for large chicken thighs cut into quarters and cooked with lentils, spices and stock in a covered casserole dish, low rack, 200C for approx 40 mins

Hope that helps. I have found with my Halogen Oven that it is much easier to see what is happening and alter the temperature and timing accordingly than it is in my conventional oven.

Thanks I'll check out the book.

In the end they came out fine just roasted for 25 minutes.
