I have a flavorwave turbo HO with a setting marked "warm" 80. Could this be used for raising bread dough? Many thanks, milgag

Hi milgag

The correct temperature for proving dough is deemed to be 'blood heat' which is 37C. 80C would be too warm as it would kill the yeast preventing it from rising.
