Hello...Just popped in to see what Ideas You can give me. Chef
My machine doesn't aleays swith on or stay on but I am still trying to use it.
I am about to look at the site and find out if it is something
That I am doing wrong or if anybody else has this problem !! study thank you

Just checking - it is normal for the light to go on and off while the HO is operating. It's the heat source cutting in and out in order to maintain the temperature. I does take a bit of getting used to.

Yes The light does as it should . goes on and off while it is working but then it stops with the light and the fan off and will not go back on again. Sometimes 5 mins sometimes 40 mins. Sometimes just will not switch on. Chef

Hi Lubyloo,

in that case it's faulty, you need to return it.

Take it back to the shop where you bought it or contact the seller asap.
