Welcome to the forum Bev

Try cooking it at a lower temp. Here's a link to various chicken recipes to give you a guide http://halogenovenrecipes.forumotion.com/search.forum?search_keywords=chicken&typerecherche=interne&show_results=topics

With a bit of experimenting you will get it right.

welcome

Welcome Bev

Try adding a little water, lemon juice or wine to your foil parcel to help them stay moist. A lower temperature and cooking time and your chicken will be delicious.
