Cooking time

Post  Bruce on 29.07.11 15:38

Never having used a HO before , can you tell at what temperature and how long should I cook a 3.1 lbs chicken for , also , should I remove the cord which holds the legs in place. Thanks , Bruce

Hi Bruce

Here is a link for my chicken recipe - the weight is approx the same.

There are lots of recipes on here, Bruce. If you use the search engine and type in 'chicken' - you'll find all previous posts on the topic.

you\'re welcome Bruce

Good luck - this recipe never fails to provide the juiciest chicken. I like to vary the herbs depending on what is fresh in my garden.
