Hi All,
My name is Bill and I am looking for assistance. Having just bought a new caravan, I was flicking through the club magazine and came across an article reference HO. Decided that this would be ideal for the van so purchased one. We have just used it this evening for the first time to cook a chicken. Whilst the chicken wasn't perfectly cooked, I have to admit that it was very juicy and I don't think we were far away from perfection. Have read through the forum tips I find that there is a lot of conflicting information. Could someone please give a definitive answer on how the chicken should be cooked. We used 200 degrees for 60 minutes on the underside and then a further 20 minutes for the top. Chicken was on the lower rack and weighed 1.5kgs
