Hi New Halogen Oven User
Brand new owner and tried duck breasts last night which took the same time to cook as recommended for conventional oven but was cooked o.k. so I suppose a success. Trying to do away with my built in oven/grill to make space for a new fridge freezer so if this halogen oven really does their job I can go ahead and order the new fridge freezer. Want to bake a rhubarb pie today then rack of lamb so any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Hi New Halogen Oven User
Well done on your success June
I would advise you not to get rid of your oven if you cook for more than 3 people regularly.
The halogen oven is a great little oven and very handy to have but it can never replace your conventional oven which will last for many, many years.
You will find lots of recipes in the A to Z recipes section. If you need help just ask and we'll do our best to advise you.

I have to agree with Reeta - I still use my 'big' oven when catering for larger numbers.
