Hi,
After seeing my friend with her oven, I got myself one from a car boot in France, it is more like a mixing bowl with a clouded bottom to it. My friend Chris says I have to put something in the bottom so the food is away from the fat, any ideas as it didn't come with anything can't find it on the internet it is a CUISITECH, French any ideas please

Hello Pat,

you need to cook on a rack. You get 2 in a set.

The low rack and the high rack - like in this picture http://halogenovenrecipes.forumotion.com/t664-accessories-for-halogen-oven

Make sure you buy the correct size racks to fit your oven.

welcome

Hi, I am a newbie and I have bought a 3.5 oven I would like recipies for this size. The books I have are for the larger oven and the containers for cooking in would not fit in this small oven

Welcome Canderelle

All your recipes will work but might need a bit of juggling with times etc. Any dish that is safe in your 'big' oven is safe in the HO.
If you are struggling, then make your own trays from tin foil.

I'm glad you have found us.
