Fish Cakes

Post  Ritz Gold on 08.05.11 1:35

Hi
My name is Rita and I'm new to Halogen cooking. Can anyone give me ideas on cooking fish cakes in my new 12 litre Halogen oven.
Thanks

Hi Rita

Use the high rack with the extender if you have one and follow the fan oven cooking instructions for your fish cakes for a rough guide. No need to preheat for these. They may cook a little quicker. Once you have tried them once you'll have a better idea for your particular oven.

How long depends on how many you are cooking, the size / thickness of the fish cakes etc

But they should take less time than in your "big oven"
