Hi Zannie,

Just treat your halogen oven just like you would your normal oven, try lowering temp by 20% and cook for for 5-10 mins less it's just like using a fan assisted oven, my oven is a 12 litre one and the timings & temp work well for my halogen just give it a try, if cooking too quickly lower temp or use extender ring if you have one, it's all trial & error until you get to grips with your halogen.

Hi and welcome

welcome

Follow the instructions for a fan oven as a starting place for the time and temperature. You will have to lower the temperature and cook a little longer for the bottom of the pie to cook through properly. Use the top rack with the extender ring (if you have one) to let the air circulate underneath. If the top browns too quickly, cover it with foil for part of the cooking time.
If you have room cook the chips on the same rack - if not lower the pie to the bottom rack when it is almost done and put the chips on the top.
It can be a little trial and error at first but you'll soon get a feel for your little oven.
