Just invested in a Gino Halogen Oven

I have Just invested in a Gino Halogen oven. Still in box to scared to use it lol
Need to sit and read the instructions properly.
Just taken joint of beef out of freezer, so hopefully I will get to use it when i come home from work sunday afternoon : )

The beef went well, had to cook it longer than it suggested, but i dont know what went wrong with the spuds and onions.
onions seemed to burn on the top and the spuds did not go brown.
I guess its all trial and error. good job it was only me and my son I wwas cooking for haha
